Pretty Georgian rose and old-cut diamond ‘sprig’ lacepin c.1820.Larger stones than are usually found in these brooches with perfect cut-down settings.

Closed-back foiled stones representing a six petalled flower possibly an anemone, called Zephyr’s flower in the c18th and c19th. In the language of flowers the six petals represent understanding, humour, patience, empathy, commitment and respect.
